The “Sant’Elena” apartment, recently restored, is situated on the ground floor. It has got an independent entrance and it is surrounded by a pinewood with view on the Saint Mark basin.
The furniture gets some objects collected by the owner which procures it a very refined atmosphere and the modern furniture makes it functional and very cosy.
It is a little and lovely apartment with a fully furnished kitchen, a living-room with divan-bed, a tv, an elegant bathroom and a double bed located on the intermediate floor up to the living room.

Its location is very favourable to visit Venice in peace. Plunged in the open-space, it is far form tourism chaos and settled in the middle of “Sant’Elena” park.
Saint Mark square is only 20 minutes walk far from it, just a wonderful stroll along one of the most beautiful and panoramic bank of the world. Otherwise you can go there by “vaporetto” boat in 10 minutes from “Sant’Elena” stop.
“Vaporetto” stop is 50 m far from, where you can easily reach every point of Venice, such as Lido beach and its film festival in just 5 minutes.

Included in the price:
bed, bathroom and kitchen linen; water; light; gas; heating and final cleaning. The security deposit 300 Euros will be requested as a guarantee at the arrival and it will be returned at the end of the stay, upon deduction of damage or deficits.
Prices of our lodgings depend on the season’s availability, on the length of the stay and the number of people.
The exact price will therefore be communicated upon indication of the number of days, people and season of the stay.
